How It Works

Three phases, no drama

Every engagement starts with a fixed-fee assessment, so you know exactly what is broken and what it costs before committing to anything ongoing.

PHASE I

Assess

Two to three weeks inside your operations: staffing and personnel practices, marketing spend and intake, vendor stack, and daily administration. You receive a written findings memo with the leaks priced out.

PHASE II

Stabilize

The bleeding stops first. Open roles get filled, the personnel file gets compliant, the marketing spend gets measured, and the urgent vendor and administrative problems get resolved in priority order.

PHASE III

Run

Hart & Hale operates the functions you delegate on a flat monthly engagement, with reporting that shows you, in numbers, what you are getting.

Yvette Hart, Founder & Principal

Yvette Hart brings decades of human resources, management, and administration experience to the one industry that needs it most and staffs for it least. Across every field she has worked in, the pattern held: organizations run on the strength of their people operations. She founded Hart & Hale after observing that the best lawyers she knew were spending their best hours on hiring, marketing, and office administration, work their firms needed done but no partner was ever hired to do.

She holds a bachelor's degree in liberal studies, a master's in education, and a second master's in administration.

Her approach is direct and numbers-first. Every function she takes over comes back with an owner, a system, and a monthly report that explains itself.
